- Read sections 4.2 and 4.3 on pages 75-83 in the textbook.
- Take notes using the outline method.
- Answer question 4 from p. 78 in paragraph form.
- Use the scoring guides that you received today to be sure your answer is complete.
- Study for tomorrow's Chapter 4 Test.
Extra Credit
- 3-D model of the earth and its layers is due Wednesday (up to 2 %)
- Do the "Eratosthenes and Earth's Circumference" Lab from your book for up to 0.5%. Due Thursday
- Make a sun clock for up to 1%. Due Thursday.

- Notes for your presentation project are due either this Friday or after break
- You should use note cards, including numbered references on one card. Then keep track of which reference you used for which notes with numbers.
- Include a different note card for each major topic that you will discuss in your presentation.
